Dear PLPD and PERPHeads staff team,

I am writing to inform you that I will be resigning from my position on the staff team for both the PLPD and PERPHeads.

I have greatly enjoyed my time with both of these groups and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such wonderful communities. However, I have come to realize that my presence on the staff team has caused harm and has had a negative impact on the community.

I deeply regret any pain or discomfort that I may have caused to others, and I take full responsibility for my actions. I believe that it is in the best interest of everyone involved for me to step down from my role on the staff team.

I understand that this may be inconvenient and cause disruption, and I apologize for any difficulties that my resignation may cause. I will do my best to ensure a smooth transition and to support the team in any way that I can.

I want to express my sincere thanks to everyone who has supported me during my time with the PLPD and PERPHeads. It has been an honor to work with such dedicated and passionate individuals, and I will always be grateful for the experiences and lessons that I have gained from my time with these groups.
