NPC+Player Models

i cant see player and npc models and its not even an error i cant see anything the only thing i can see is what the player holding. and i allready tried to redownload the contact of the server so someone knows what to do??

and in the consol its allways saying to me:
Bad sequence in GetSequenceName() for model 'error.mdl'!

Try reinstalling gmod entirely.
