Sorry I couldn't get a Steam name of this officer, and I wasn't involved in the accident, but his in-game (first) name is Aakuma. I thought this crash was pretty hilarious though so I made it into a cringey meme. But it's basically just a police officer driving full speed on the complete opposite side of the road, and unsurprisingly he gets into an accident and 4 people are dead.
