Why Should This Player Be Punished: When responding to a hostage situation, he decided to gun the hostage down through the window. When i then approached him with handcuffs and told him to put the weapon down, he shot me. User then DC'd right after killing me. This is not the first incident that ive had with Ollie today. Earlier he shot an unarmed man for no reason whatsoever.
