Suggestion Title: Option to disable picture frames
Suggestion Description: An option to disable picture frames in the F1 > Options menu, similar to TV's

Why should this be added?:
- Quality of life, people may not want to see pictures

What negatives could this have?:
- None that I could think of

Idk why this is downvoted it makes sense. Just have it either be blank or display instructions to turn the setting on incase someone accidentally turned it off (when up close)

I strongly support this, it breaks immersion so much. Or even make it so that staff have to approve only serious pictures at bazaar and public areas. Bazaar looks like a mess right now with the so called memes etc. The update was a great idea, but for me it doesnt work. 'serious rp server' having pictures of beans in crocs etc everywhere. If I want this shit I'd go on some normal darkrp server.

If only you were a staff member and then you could remove silly things.

There may be memes today, but in the long term we'll aim to find a balance in how they are moderated, especially in public areas.
