If a crew bank robs and hypothetically they get away with all the money unscathed WITHOUT killing any officers. Do they still get rewarded XP for solely robbing the bank and succeeding or are they rewarded solely based on the count of cop kills?

Robbing the bank and shooting cops is more than likely a separate thing

As far as I was aware killing cops was never something you got xp for anywhere.
