Suggestion Title: Org Perk - Purchase property via phone
Suggestion Description: An organisation level based perk that will allow you to purchase properties via the phone.

Why should this be added?:
This gives organisations a nice perk, especially if they wanted, and a way to avoid having to travel into the city if they are wanted and potentially causing a large shootout in a busy area

What negatives could this have?:
Easier to hide while warranted

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Would solve wanted criminals risking their lives by going into public just to buy a property to hide in, especially if a property owner leaves and it needs to be transferred

Only thing I would say is warranted individuals shouldn’t be able to use the app. Dunno why just feels more balanced that way

Would be needed for the vast majority of players who don’t have this perk.

This suggestion just gives a little nice perk to orgs. We are all lazy & going to bank is a pain

-1 I feel like this gives such an advantage to the people who are in a high level organisation. At max pop it’s hard to get a property but if u don’t have this ability the chances of getting a property it’s even more slim. Also takes away rp situations at the bank.

If you are wanted and buy a new house, the police can see you own the place, why not just get a friend and buy a place? If you are wanted, you don't stay in your house.

My mistake, I didn't see this, it would be smart, but probably not for those who don't have an org or a high enough level.

It's worth noting, barely any orgs are like above level 40 or whatever, so it could be balanced fairly easily.

My thinking is it's not really fun for newer players when a 10+ player organisation has to roll out after like a bank raid, and the entire city is a massive shootout and no one can do anything all because they need to move properties.

Another way I could see it balance and keep the bank in use, is a service charge for the app. Charge an additional x amount when buying from your phone so you are paying more for the convivence. However if you know you are warranted ideally you should be hiding in a property which isn't warranted such as a friends/org members place etc.

not many orgs have high level + its hard to get 30+

i like the idea it add good reason to level up your org
