Suggestion Title: Organization Leveling Rework
Suggestion Description: Boost the XP gain tremendously for organizations

However

Make the leaderboard reset once a while also reset the levels of organizations.

Like a tarkov wipe, people will find joy in the game by competing to level up first and foremost. They will fight for faster progression and regularly have something to grind for even if they take a long break.

Why should this be added?:
- something to grind for for veteran players
- keeps org fights interesting
- makes activity more rewarding
- realistically if a gang stops showing up or doesn’t uphold it’s street credit, it will make a power vacuum because it lost its status.

What negatives could this have?:
- old gangs that took a break loss progress
- if you get banned, your org may fall behind or even flat out have halted progress making you lose valuable time to grind out levels

What problem would this suggestion solve?: nothing to compete over after a certain point.

So you repeteadly have to grind up for eg level 48 and the day you get it for example, thats the day it gets reset. This isn't really a good suggestion Imo..

Fr, I am sadly not doing allat just for some extra pvp which isn't even a guarantee. This will just lead to less motivation. The perks are also too good imo to be done to fast.

The org level reset in my opinion is a bad idea. Most orgs spend months grinding to where they are for them to just have to restart over. If levels were easier to obtain then maybe I could understand the resetting but as it stands its not a good idea.

the point of saying the xp gain is tremendously upped means that it WONT be nearly as much of a grind as it was. Each wipe it will be far easier to rank up levels with balancing to the frequency of wipe so that there’s still some grind to go through. The wipe could be once a year, once a half year, once a quarter or once month.. this will correlate with how significant the XP gain is depending on how short each wipe is.
