Suggestion Title: Gang Spray
Suggestion Description: Organization wars last as much as the people are willing to find bases and raid them. My suggestion hopes to add more interesting ways of war if organizations can illegally spray paint at DD locations or around them to indicate dominance of the area. This is very similar to the billboard but instead of paying for it at the bank, these locations if found by an opposing gang with a spray on it can have the gang spray scrubbed. To balance it out so it's not constant scrubbing 3 features are introduced:
1. Spray (Acquired from Uncle Cos', Roadcrew or DD and this item will be what you use to put down the spray costing $14999 per custom gang spray which was originally written as $4999 however for balancing worries I raised it)
2. Scrubbing equipment (Acquired from Uncle Cos', Roadcrew or PLPD Armory as cops would reasonably remove the illegal vandalizing graffiti. This scrubbing equipment will cost $4999)
3. Spray Perk ( this perk is for organizations that have established themselves with a higher level of influence in gang level)
Now why would somebody go through all this effort to fight over pictures? You could give gangs who do this a benefit to selling to the DD if the DD was in that location! Maybe an added extra pay for example like if the organization which holds the spray in that DD area wants to sell drugs they receive 25$ extra per gram of drugs they sell. If they sell weed 1 gram its $175.
Selecting your Spray image:
Org leader may upload and have their logo approved in pictures then use that as their selected gang spray once the org level was reached for them to be able to place gang sprays.
Scrubbing:
- Requirements:
When a organization wants to scrub a spray, the LUA script will check how many organization members of that org are in the server and online; similar to how the script for bank robbery checks cop count; then at least 4 organization members are online the spray can be scrubbed by a different org.
- The process of scrubbing:
When the scrubbers want to scrub the spray, the person with the equipment will press E on the spray will place down a bucket and a sponge next to the spray after a loading bar of 15 seconds. As soon as the bucket is beginning to be placed the spray-owning org will be alerted by a unnamed number or the DD if one or the other is preferred by the Devs.
The DD or another unnamed number (kind of like the Bank robbery guy is unnamed) will alert the scrubbers that some danger might be on the way and once that happens for the first 5 minutes after the spray bucket was placed the scrubbers must guard the scrubbing equipment not being allowed or able to scrub it if any members of the opposing organization are in the area and living.
After 5 minutes of the spray being placed the DD will message the scrubbers that they can scrub now if they believe it's safe. When that happens they will now be able to scrub the spray.
The scrubber will take 15 seconds to scrub the whole thing and it will consume the bucket and allow the spray to be taken over again.
Anti Scrubbing process:
If the spray-owners win or reach the bucket without the scrubbers being able to stop them they must press E which puts them in a loading for 15 seconds taking off the bucket at any time.
ANTI-AFK system:
If at least 4 members of an organization are not online within 7 days or the org gets disbanded the spray will be removed and available for grabs again.
Why should this be added?:
- Thorough war mechanic for interesting battles to go down between Organizations of high caliber.
- More interesting in-character org beef
- rewarding active and high level organizations that build the player base by paying them more to be active if they sustain dominance
- More criminal stuff for orgs to do other than raiding, mugging or basing.
What negatives could this have?:
- Certain drug dealer locations will be extremely hard to scrub, like city subway. This is why maybe not all DD locations should have gang sprays so it's not OP or maybe it's ok.
