Suggestion Title: Organization relations toggle
Suggestion Description: A toggle available to Organization owners for both or either Rival/Ally relation request popups to be disabled. Currently most orgs will just spam requests without ever meeting the org owner. Having orgs with disabled requests could encourage org leaders to RP a meeting to create a tangible relation.

Why should this be added?:
- More organization relation RP.
- Rarely happens, but it is possible to abuse the relation request by timing a raid breach with a popup if an org owner is known to be present in a raid.

What negatives could this have?:
- Hermit orgs

I agree but I'd like to think the people running the orgs would have enough desire to RP to just not metagame it.

I've only recently started an organisation and people who I am friends with have had lower ranks in their organisation try to rival me without even knowing who I am.

Has been serious RP up to that point and I +1 the concept of being able to either turn off requests overall, or hide my organisation entirely.
