Suggestion Title: Override courier deliveries for collection.
Suggestion Description: When placing an order for materials, especially when you're fulfilling an order for a customer or at Bazaar looking to restock. One of the most frustrating things to happen is your order taking ages, and when I say ages I mean literally 30 minutes or even worse just doesn't turn up.

This is an experience I've been having lately and it's even more annoying when you've just purchased everything with 1% tax, only to find out the order has been cancelled and now there's no Mayor and it's now 10% tax...

So my suggestion;

When placing an order and giving the courier the address, allow us to still be able to collect the parcel and override the courier delivery, call it express delivery but it comes at a cost, it will cost you $2,000 to collect from Uncle Co's whilst there's a delivery driver on. This $2,000 payment can also go towards the city budget as well.

Why should this be added?:
Allow crafters to keep their material ordering without delays
Increase city budget which can go towards paying delivery drivers a basic salary on top of their deliveries
Future proof courier driver ranking up, the higher their rank the more salary they could be entitled too as these collection payments could contribute to their wages.

What negatives could this have?:
Possibly reduced courier deliveries of high value for the drivers

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Stops minging on courier
How often is there a raid on projex and the courier can't get the parcels, causing delays, it could remove those delays and parcel build ups.

I feel your frustration completely, but I don't think this would be the best way to fix it. The obvious argument would be that if you can't risk potentially waiting a while (30 minutes is ridiculous admittedly) you can drive and purchase what you need directly yourself. That being said I do think there needs to be some change, like perhaps the courier has a timer within which to deliver and if not delivered the order goes to a selected collection point. Or if its new players struggling with directions, maybe have a more directed UI indicator/GPS to show them where to go.

I could see this being done differently. You would order a package as normal (perhaps specify you want to collect at the courier warehouse), but instead of tossing the package into the courier van yourself and then be able to collect it. You would drag it into a specific collection area within the warehouse and then collect it. All the delivery money would be paid out to couriers as usual. To not completely take away couriers purpose there could be limit on these packages.

Alternatively you can do what I described, but you would still need a present courier van.

The convenience of getting everything at once is an excuse for courier as a job to exist, allowing anyone to side-step them easily will make the role less relevant.

If the courier can't get the parcels because there's a shootout at Projex, you won't be able to get there either.

think hes more referring to them getting lost, does happen where they havent a clue what to do or don't know where it is, some sort of gps system could maybe help

Just make it optional for the player to pickup packages even while courier is active.

You could make a check box next to the “enter location” area and allow it to revert to the pickup locations

Obviously the active courier would get a % still.
