Suggestion Title: Own Music In Cars?
Suggestion Description: Like the TV, you should be able to play your own playlist in your car, let's be real, the radios are good, but you don't always know the songs. The ability to set up a playlist before you drive using YT URLs or have the passenger choose songs. The way this can be done is you could have an app on your phone where you can build a playlist which will play when you get in your car. The Q function to enable the radio can remain, but maybe have a button to switch between playlists and radio and have that same ability to put on what playlist you would like.

Why should this be added?:
Ive been using the radio in-game in my car, but sometimes it's not the vibe, and you have to turn it off. Being able to use your own songs or playlist would be a much more enjoyable experience, it would increase the use of the games ingame proximity music system and would generally be used by most players whilst keeping the radio.

What negatives could this have?:
People may play offensive songs, which could offend other users on the server. However, like the TVs offensice songs can be monitored or result in a ban, the user should be able to turn of peoples usic in F1 like they can mute TVs.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: At the moment, shared or generic radio stations mean every car sounds the same.

This breaks roleplay immersion, especially in long drives, patrols, or civilian RP.

Personalised playlists let a character’s music match their personality, job, or mood.

2. Lack of player expression

Players currently have no way to express their character through music.

Music is a big part of identity in real life (e.g. a gang member, taxi driver, officer, civilian).

Personal playlists allow subtle character development without affecting balance.

3. Repetition and boredom

Hearing the same radio tracks repeatedly becomes annoying over time.

This is especially noticeable for players who spend a lot of time driving (police, delivery, taxis).

Personal playlists reduce fatigue and keep long sessions engaging.

Has been requested multiple times, I doubt it Will get accepted anytime soon.

This has got to be one of the most requested things on the server, i wonder why it never gets approved. The main argument i hear is that it opens the door to offensive stuff, which just doesn't make that much sense due to the fact that TVs exist.
