Own Property while Government Job

I was wondering 2 things:

- Is someone with a government job (f.e. Police) allowed to enter it's own property while having the job?
> Entering your own property to check on it while being police.

- Can you have a property while having a job?

You can buy an house and then become an officer, but you shouldn't stay at your home while you are on duty, as this breaks 4.3

Perform Duties
Government employees must at all times perform their duties to the full extent of their ability.

By the way i entered my house once just because i wanted to use 10-7A(Out of service, home) on the radio

As Bamarin already stated you do have the rights to own a house and be in it during a "lunch" break! I usually get into my house for 5 minutes and take a snack, after that I just go to my toilet and take a shit. If anyone raids they're fucked lol
