Paralake Fire Department "Improvement"

The majority of you have probably already noticed that the PLFD lacks content and it's not very realistic compared to an IRL Fire Department.

@Jeremey Clarkson and I decided to add some props within the building and record a "promotional" video for recruitment purposes. Hopefully this video will encourage others to become firefighter more often on the server. Furthermore I hope that it will increase the awareness about the current situation within the PLFD. - There are currently many unattended suggestions on improvements within the 'Ideas & Suggestions' section on forums (check it out).
