Officer Playtime Requirement

Hello, recently we have decided to remove the playtime requirement to sign up for Officer. This, however, is subject to change as we don't want to see the standards of our Officers drop too much. We are looking for a more lenient approach for our Officers while also trying to maintain a balance of professionalism, but also ensuring that membership within the Department is enjoyable.

This is just one change which is planned, and we are open to suggestions.
