Suggestion Title: Patrol Vehicles
Suggestion Description: Move down the Patrol Unmarked Kia Ceed Senior Officer, maybe the other vehicles too EXCEPT the Volkswagen GTI

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- More incentive to utilize these vehicles by patrol SOs who add up to more percentage than Patrol CPLs

What negatives could this have?:
-These cars are unreliable at best and still lack a deployed fix; I don't think they will cause issues

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Not an existing problem, merely a suggestion, if I recall correctly someone posted this in the plpd.online webpage, I liked the idea

Useful Images: N/A

I agree, I'd like to see more SO improvements, other than having access to a red dot sight (which is now redundant with crosshair) then patrol is pretty neglected until you get CPL+ which can take months for some players.

I feel like ceed is a good decision to give to SO's since its not that fast, but a lil bit faster than the transit van

Does it not take up Unmarked slots for RTU though? I feel like that had something to do with the reasoning initially.

Yeah, it's so annoying watching someone in Patrol gear drive an unmarked, when you could have a speedy unmarked car :|
It's very annoying how RTU has so many speedy cars and Patrol has nothing :|

I don't see why it's annoying that patrol officer has an unmarked and it's not annoying how RTU has 2 marked cars that are fast like the Porsche and the BMW

Its an additionally whitelisted subdivision solely existing to fulfill the role of Traffic Related crime, It makes perfect sense that these vehicles are faster than Patrol vehicles. Traffic Officers get less armour, because their role in gear is to fulfill traffic related crime, not respond to serious incidents. The balance tradeoff between Patrol and RTU has never been better.

The issue Tilin is pointing out is that the Unmarked Patrol car takes up an unmarked slot despite the use of unmarked cars being far more viable for traffic, as again, they're used mostly for traffic enforcement.

Having the Unmarked Patrol cars take up the slot RTU could utilise hinders effective operation for traffic (Implying that it does, correct me if I'm wrong) and as far as I'm concerned having the Car more available to lower ranked officers increases the odds of those slots being filled consistently.

I'm all for Patrol having more benefits and incentivising its use over traffic and always have been, And I'm not phased by the outcome of this changing at all, But the toe-stepping between RTU And Patrol could increase, again, If I am correct in my assumption that Unmarked cars all inherit from the same pool of limitations of use regardless of division.

I don’t see many traffic officers in unmarked see the GTI and the van more so I feel like patrol having more unmarked cars would be good also gives more benefits to SO in patrol

That doesn't correlate to you why you see traffic less with unmarked now? Every time I try to pull out one, a Patrol officer is already using it.

As @Bnjemann pointed out. It's essentially like saying "Why does TFU get so many better guns than Patrol?", especially now that RTU is a secondary division and you can be part of both at the same time.

Upon review by the Advisory Board and the Chiefs we feel as though adding more unmarked car opportunities for patrol officers runs counter to their divisional duties
