PERPHeads Benelux (and Germany) meetup

Hello PERPHeads,

Me and a few dutch members of this community have been discussing organizing a meetup for members of PERPHeads within The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.

We are probably going to be heading over to Germany so everyone can consume alcohol and get wasted because it's a lovely country!

If we can have the majority of the sign-ups in by 31-12-2016 then we can start to determine the contribution for each attendee, and the location and date.
