At the moment it is difficult to see where the location your trying to get to is on the map, which I find is relatively unrealistic as in real life you would be able to "zoom in and out" of the map. By doing this jobs such as roadcrew may find it much easier to get around the city and find where the caller is and may also help some police when a call comes in. At the moment without this people drive past the location they are required at as they dont know where they are going.
