@Picasso's Auntie was clearly not under gunpoint at the time of those commands given and when you pulled your gun out you didn't give ANY commands and opened fired on him.

I wasn't even under gunpoint? He just got his gun out and killed me? I didn't even have time to react, you can't say 'user didn't listen to commands while under gunpoint' when it took him around 0.2 seconds to get his gun out and kill me?.
