PLPD Application Time Out

Hey today is the day and i have finally time to play some PERP.

I just did the Officer Application and im sure i got everything right.. but stupid me pressed withdraw and now im locked for three hours.
I actually didnt fail or anything (i think) but i withdrew it by accident. Is that revertable to i could play right now?

Im usually only at home on the weekend and that is something special that i have the time today
