Plpd help

Hi I have an issue of not being able to access plpd.online on my phone.

I get this error:

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at https://plpd.online/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY


I have tried numerous google support attempts for that error but it didn't work.
I tried chrome, firefox, internet explorer.

Indeed, but I'd like to access plpd.online since due to work i am not always on computer.
Still cant find a fix.
I am using galaxy grand prime.

Searched "ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY" and it says it has something to do with the host of the website.
