Solution
For some infractions, yes:
  • Reprimands will automatically expire after 30 days.
  • For written warnings, after 90 days you can contact the Office of Professional Standards via the helpdesk asking for the disciplinary to be removed from your record. Best practice is to apologize for your actions and state why you wish it to be removed. Written warnings are not removed automatically.
  • Other official infractions remain on your record permanently.
Additionally, you can dispute any infraction within 21 days of their issue by making a helpdesk ticket towards Professional Standards.
