Police Car Download?

Many of my friends are having problems with police cars being invisible and only the sirens showing. (Sirens disappear if I change model details).

I have downloaded all of the content packs and everything. I need help.

Go to your steam library then click on Garry's Mod>Properties>set launch options> and then type in: -dxlevel 90

You can always change your resolution to most optimized in options on your gmod. Go to options>video and the best resolution has (native) next to it
