The dutch also have a "military police" type thing. Pretty much more heavily armed police which also can be used as soldiers when they need to be. They can still peform regular police duties and often are cooperating with our police and marines

One mainly used car. Pretty much the same as the normal one except with different equipment.

Also a commonly used patrol car.

This vehicle you will mainly find at highly populated areas like The Hague and Schiphol. It can be slicktop with black paint aswell. Usually has about 4 officers which swap around every hour or so they are usually part of a division called "HRB - Hoog Risico Beveiliging" or High Risk Security in English.

Van for van related things.

They have their own riot police aswell which often cooperate with the normal police riot police.

APC for APC related things and riots

Got their own "SWAT" type thing aswell. all the SWAT teams are part of the DSI or Dienst Speciale Interventies. Service for special interventions, ranging from hostage takings to warrant execution.

Primary dutch police car, it's a meh.

also a vehicle used alot. These usually respond to same things as the touran, but they also hold a bike inside which is great when cooperating with zulu (heli) and searching on foot.

These are the ME, which you could see as riot police. They really dont carry around fancier weapons just normal standard walter p99s.
The left one we have been using for ages, altough i believe they are going to be going out of service and they will be replaced with the one on the right (100% new)

we also have volvos which are pretty much always involved in vehicle chases but they also do normal shit.
See them as RTU.

we also have these which are used to transport horses and use them but also to tour beaches and stuff like that.


special units like ME/DKDB and various others can often be found in undercover volvos or audis
these handle everything from entering properties with a warrant to responding to shootouts, terrorist threats etc

theres various of other cars and trucks too but they are kinda irrelevant.

we also have bikes including a lighter variant, both generally used by neighbourhood officers.

We also have Mercedes B class. Worst investment ever.

Juat for everyone's sake. They rentes these cars and wrapped them for a show which lasted just a day or 2.

And if it would be legit which it isnt they wont be able to use them because of alp the speedbumps, corners and roadnarrows xD we have Volkswagen driving around and undercover Volvo's. However due to some issues between them and the importer they will stop buying volkswagen and start buying Mercedes B class and vito vans. So in a few years time we will only have mercedes and volvo cars
