Suggestion - Police Commisioner
Short Description - Leadership positions for the police supervisors, has basic forum control over the supervisor section and police public info but not supervisor complaints.
Full details - The supervisors are disorganised and act out mostly on their own most look to other supervisors and try their methods and approach to being a supervisor which has its good and bads. Commisioners are supervisors elected by choice of the community or staff to control a majority of the police forums not including the complaints. There would be one or more Commisioners working together and can have meetings to decide instead of just one to ease pressure.
One single staff member as everyone clearly saw was way too much pressure so sharing the role would be more suitable. There could also be a job for them similar to the mayor allowing them to use broadcast but cannot manage finances. This job will be mostly out of action but could drive an undercover cruiser not only to catch out speeders but also other officers.
