Why should this be added?:
- Adds realism to the city government system

- Makes fines feel purposeful rather than money simply disappearing

What negatives could this have?:

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Currently fines and penalties issued by police remove money from players without benefiting the city or government system. This can make the mayor role feel less impactful and disconnect the law enforcement system from the city's economy.

By directing fines into the city budget, the system becomes more realistic and provides a clear financial structure for the city's government.

this will probably get abused since a cop might just keep giving out 10k tickets so their friends whos a mayor can just do whatever and this probably might lead to the city having way too much money

Suggestion Title: Paid tickets add to city budget
Suggestion Description: When a citizen pays their fine it will be added onto the city budget

Why should this be added?:
- just to add some extra realism, usually paid fines IRL go toward the council
- adds an extra income stream for the mayor
-The money doesn’t just vanish
- Will encourage PLPD

What negatives could this have?:
