Police Helicopters and Motorbikes

I think this should be added because some criminals just hide in the forest or speed off on their lambourghini, so I think both of these have a good use. It would increase the number of VIP's because they would only be availible to Donators. You could make a helipad on the top of one of the buildings and a motorbikes area at the back of pd. This would also help the police officers catch criminals who are driving quickly or have gone down a path too small for a police cruiser. The Helicopters would probably help find criminals that are all among the city because of their spotlight and arial view.
