Detailed description:able to change channel on government radio (dispatch overlay all channels)

Optional additions:
-highway patrol channel
-city patrol
-secret service channel
- swat channel
-volume of police radio
-fire dept. channel
-medic channel

the dispatch will be in his/her own channel but can hear throughout all of these channels. Sgt. And Lt. Can open up certain channels if dispatch is off duty

As you mave have noticed from your ratings recieved from this post. It's basically already a feature for the dispatch and there would be no need for this as Sgt's and LT's can die and who would S.W.A.T contact?
