Radio changing

Topic: Changing radio channels



Short explanation (in notes):
- Make it possible so that only the one who dropped the radio can switch channels
- f4 buddies with prop access can change it too


Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It's kind of annoying when you're owning a shop or hosting a party with a radio, and minges just come and change the radio channel for no reason and just run off.

Had that so many times in my store you got the perfect channel and music then someone changes it over to something rubbish.

but than its get soo irritating when someone puts christmas channel on you just cant change it , please leave it like this, put the radio in the back of your store, put it high up so no one get get it....

But... It's a radio? This is just dumb IMO as there is no possible way you can stop someone from changing radio station
