Detailed description:
because when the car alarm goes off on the car the police don't know so this will be useful

traffic enforcer cars
it can make a noise when it has been picked up

I'm just going to say a few things about this:
1. I dont think the cars even have numberplates (Yet)
2. We already have Traffic Enforcer Cars
