Topic: The Addition of new cars.

Short explanation (in notes):
- Add the new TDM release Vauxhall into the Server.
- Add the new TDM release Maserati into the Server.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

I think it should be added because the cars look great, they also shouldn't be too overpriced which would make a good starting car, because it is good on fuel and fast-ish.
