If you’ve already sent him a forum PM I’d advise being patient and waiting for him, It may be frustrating but keeping at him about it won’t solve it quicker.

@DEADPOOL9023 If you’ve made a mistake i.e. used the wrong steamid etc I’m pretty certain he’ll give you the amount of time you purchased back. Just don’t worry, the VIP isn’t going anywhere and this happens more often then you think, all I can say is just be patient
