Server Suggestion Propane Tanks being removed from chem tables

Description of the idea: Being able to remove propane tanks from other peoples chemical tables.

Why should this be added? (pros): Currently, if a bomb is placed it will instantly set off your chemical table (if propane is inside) and cause a massive fire. Being able to remove your friends allows for you to stop this chain reaction in a climate that using 5-10 bombs each raid is normal.

The suggestion could be open to being able to take them off the people you are raiding also but unsure if that's something that would be supported.

What negatives could this have? (cons): n/a

Don't they still explode when bombed even with no propane tanks being inside them or was that "patched"?

Create chem table permissions on f4 to give people permission to take the propane tanks off to not have people stealing them on raids.
Except of course if they want to make them stealable.
