Main Idea:
Add a new menu called 'Property list' under one of the function buttons, this will list all properties that you currently own and allows you to give/take away permissions based on people from your organisation and your buddy list, also allows you to sell / change ownership of the property (That's the idea for now)
Full description of the idea:
Addition of a new menu that will now allow you to have different people having permissions to different properties you own. Might sound complicated when explaining this so I created an image below in paint (what an awful font choice) which displays roughly what I mean.
When you purchase a property it will now go to this menu and you can access it at all times, from there you can enable whether your organisation and friends list gain permission to the property (Keys & Storage).
When clicking on either organisation or buddies list you get a drop down list of all people in the appropriate list, automatically everyone is ticked on both lists, but you can take/give permissions depending on the person. You can then enable which list of people should have keys and storage to your property, both, none, or just one of them.
You can then sell the property through this window and change ownership if you have to go off or you simply want to give the property to somebody else because they are interested in having it. This means that you no longer have people being stuck inside if you have to go off as you can just switch the property to them.
An addition to this would mean the probable removal of the keys and storage tick boxes in the buddies list as they would be replaced by something like this instead. Although a storage tick box would still be needed for your car.
Why should it be added?:
I believe that a menu like this would be much more convenient as you are able to restrict who has access to which properties. You don't always want people from your buddies list to have access to certain properties that you might be using, yet you want them to still have access to places such as your shop etc.
Allowing the ability to change ownership of a property would also mean that if you currently own a property but are making no use of it and a friend of yours is interested to use it alongside his friends, you can instead 'sell' the ownership to them.
Selling the property seemed quite a silly idea since it's possible to do so at the bank but it's still within the suggestion I guess.

Pros:
- People who want to use your shop no longer have access to your other properties e.g your house
- Less clustered buddies list due to having to add org members
- No longer have to remove people from your buddies due to 'trust issues'
Cons:
- Groups/friends owning the same property(ies) throughout the whole day (meaning others cannot use them)
