Suggestion Title: Radio Channels
Suggestion Description: So, we all know that the radio get clogged up with numerous people talking at the same time. What I am proposing is that we add channels to the radio system to allow for situations to be handled efficiently. There will be a main dispatch channel that all departments have access to, which will be MAIN DISPATCH, with each department having Tac Channels and Unit Specific Channels.

Each department has it's own radio channel, as listed below.
Police: MAIN DISPATCH, POLICE TALK-AROUND, POLICE TAC 1, POLICE TAC 2, POLICE TAC 3, TFU, RTU
EMS: MAIN DISPATCH, EMS TALK-AROUND, EMS TAC 1, EMS TAC 2, EMS TAC 3
Fire: MAIN DISPATCH, FIRE TALK-AROUND, FIRE TAC 1, FIRE TAC 2, FIRE TAC 3
Dispatch: All the above

This would allow, in situations, to move to a tac channel to clear the air of non sense in a situation. You would be able to switch to a tac channel assigned to a situation and allow for free communications there, as well a talk around channel can be used for situations you need to contact another officer that does not require you to be on the main dispatch channel for.

Why should this be added?:
Just allows our ears to not bleed for once when we are on the radio listening.

What negatives could this have?:
Couldn't think of any.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Solves the issue of everyone with a radio screaming on it when dealing with 3 different situations

You could just create an incident and have the relevant units assign themselves. Or assign all of you to the same unit?

While that is possible, it is difficult for this to happen in my opinion. It would be a lot easier from scrolling down the calls to find which one everyone is on, when you can switch to TAC 1 to talk to all the officers on the scene.

This could work but has been denied in the past and officers are also probably too dense for this to work as intended. Good idea but dosent work here imho

People already struggle to use incident radio, unit radio, etc
What most people do if they just wana talk to there own group is enable unit and mute main, and use the central channel when needed, the system currently inplace works fine and there is no real need to add complications
