Random cars in car parks

Main Idea: Have random idle cars spawn in car parks

Full description of the idea: Similar to how the boats spawn at docks, or the cars in car dealer, Random cars would spawn in car parks around the map, particularly in more open car parks such as bank, car dealer or city garage.

Why should it be added?: In my opinion car parks seem very open, and in certain situations such as a ban robbery It can feel very open, I feel like this would be a good change to combat this.

Pros: Less of an open feel, more cover in shootouts, less of an empty feel

Cons: Could take up parking spaces in a more filled up server

Could potentially come with v5?

Could also add in illegally parked cars for RC, like NPC cars.

Although I personally like the idea, fps would probably take a hit with this.
There's also the fact that people would probably ram the cars or steal them and then leave them on the road. While it would give roadcrew more work to do, if there isn't any on duty, I imagine it being a problem eventually.

I see, the cars in car dealer have no collision with players' cars though. Would you add collision but make them an immovable object?

Make these cares be able to be stolen? Might be cool if a “chop shop” was added. Creating another way to make money stealing these random cars.

TDM cars have little to no FPS hit especially when compared with other content.

The car model wouldn’t cause any lag, as long as they can’t be stolen or used (simply a model) it’s a good idea.
