Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Me and my friend A Bag Of Wotsits(seen in the demo with me) were going across the city looking for a certain pair in a car who had robbed me earlier. We had intent to either raid them or mug them or whatever came about. We walked up the stairs inside of the Regals apartments and looked into one that was being raided, seeing the guy we wanted in there. We stayed outside of it the whole time, staying quiet to not attract too much attention. I briefly drew my gun and then put it away, which no one saw. At this point, Ezrider (Who owned the house) came upstairs to find me and indep who were currently unarmed, outside of his apartment in the stairwell. He then proceeded to just light me up, then executing me. My friend ran inside of the apartment for fear of being shot and then was killed when Ezrider killed the rest of the raiders. I went back to talk with him as I was unsure what his steam name was and took a few screenshots of the conversation afterwards.
He said we broke 3.4 and 3.6 by being there, but firstly we had only really just discovered the apartment was being raided, but we were also after the people who were raiding it. But the reason we were shot as you will see in the screenshots is because "We went inside of the apartment", which neither of us did, so it seemed pretty illogical to us to shoot two unarmed men in the stairwell of a public apartment.
I asked him to give back the items and he said "No" so I wasn't going to argue, he thinks he was in the right and I think he was in the wrong but I guess i'll leave it up to you guys. Thought it would be worth asking and not having to make this as I didn't want to, but oh well.

I asked him to give back the stuff in this one, it may seem like a "Do it or be banned" kinda request when I asked him to give the stuff back, but I meant it more as in we could avoid going through all this if he just gave it back. He said no, I said fair enough and made this. Up to admins about what happens
