Main Idea: Re-implement the window curtains/blinds
Full description of the idea: The Office, Mayor's Office and some Suburbs houses in V1 had curtains/blinds where you could press E on them to open or close them. They were a realistic feature on hiding whatever was inside your room instead of placing a big fence on the window.
Why should it be added?: Realistic alternative to boarding up windows and a more pleasing to look at feature that was pretty useful back in its day.
Pros: Hide stuff or whatever you don't want people to see+less prop limits to worry about
Cons: Not entirely sure how XQ made these work, if these are entities and cause too much lag then don't bother.
