Short explanation (in notes):
-Swat will be able to rearm at the van
-You only get half of your full equipment
-2 mags (for both guns) | 1 flash | 1 c2

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It should be added because a lot of the time swat run out of resources during the raid causing them to return to pd during the raid and rearm before reengaging this puts the officers in too much danger and the majority of the time they try and be a hero while the swat are gone and die. Adding the ability for swat to rearm at van will allow them to fight longer and more have more sustained combat without putting officers life’s at risk.

Optional additions:
-Click E at the side of the swat van to rearm
-They can only rearm once every 30 mins from the van

They have a certain amount of ammo just for them to run out of it so they wont be able to get revived, and constantly come over and rearm at their truck. Them going back to the PD to rearm only balances it out so both sides have time to rearm and replan their tactics and whatever.

SWAT are extremely OP, and to add something like this would just make them impossible to kill. Not many raids go on for longer than 30 minutes, and not many people stay alive for that long either way; it honestly just seems pointless to me.

Lets be honest, unless its a large group of people, or someone with a M82, SWAT are hard to deal with. A good oppertunity to escape from the police is when SWAT leaves to go rearm, leaving officers and if they are smart one swat member. If they could rearm at the van they would be rushing in, wasting ammo like crazy with wallbangs and such.

I think @BlitZKrieG is spot on and it keeps balance.
