Suggestion Title: Rebalance org xp
Suggestion Description: Rebalance org XP, pistol kills should give a bonus multiplier (more for revolvers,) and optionally so should melee kills

Additionally, confiscating cop equipment should give more points than killing them

Why should this be added?:
Looking at the org leaderboard from a pure game theory perspective and assuming players try to maximise their utility this encourages less aids behaviours in players

What negatives could this have?:
idk the exact maths behind the system so this might already be a thing

What problem would this suggestion solve?: idk big orgs should use less rifles or something its boring

Some less desirable crimes should also be buffed, I have never seen shrooms being used before apart from new players doing their tutorials. If they can get a XP boost that's possibly even better than drying coke it would be pretty good I think, they're also more risky as they're growing out in the open instead of the safety of a base.

I don't know why killing cops give a small amount of XP, maybe only make it a thing during bank robberies. Bump it for bank robberies so this feature isn't completely gone.

each cop is 15 xp no? then u lose 50 for dying too tfu 100 for pistol cop?

Actually producing the meth gives you more xp than coke. Meth is just longer process cause people stack leaves or buy them. Growing the leaves and then drying them without having a lot too spare meth is better for xp
