Banned for 1 day. Standing on the sidewalk shouldn't be an issue for them, so why run out with an M3 and shoot him in the face without even trying to RP? (Tie up, drag, tell to go away, etc).
In the first place, why even come out? He was just standing on the sidewalk.

Demo shows at tick 105000 (ca), that Vlad runs out of the house with an M3 and just shoots Tom. You can only see this in drive mode (Open demoui and click Drive, then mouseclick the screen to look around).
