Suggestion Title: Reduce/remove the $ of reviving ppl at hospital as gov. empl
Suggestion Description:
(Weird title because of 60 character limit)

As it stands, it costs a whopping $5,000 to revive someone inside the hospital. This is very discouraging when you're a government employee like a Firefighter bringing back an unconscious body, be it a Civilian, Officer or another Medic. It costs too much money and it would make more sense to reduce it to $1,000 or remove it completely when you're a Government employee like a Firefighter taking off the workload off Medics to revive someone in dire need (sometimes, even the Medic themselves are the ones in need when they're solo)

Of course, all Medics on duty should still receive money and XP when someone else revives them this way to not entirely take away their work. Medics should not be able to use this feature to combat "instant revives".

Why should this be added?:
-Encourages other government employees (mainly Firefighters) to revive people at the Hospital when there little to no Medics on duty.
-Would make sense, you're going broke in your own expense in order to save someone else for some reason.
-Still gives Medics XP and Money as they would from reviving any other person.

What negatives could this have?:
-Possible abuse, just make sure that Medics are not able to use this feature in order not to instantly revive people.

Pay each medic $500 per revive through the hospital, and grant them the appropriate XP. Price for reviving someone should be $1000, making the additional $500 the fee for reviving someone.

This would make reviving someone through the hospital viable without making paramedics entirely obsolete, as they get compensated for bypassing them, the same way RC get compensated whenever someone fixes their cars at the RC station NPC.

Dank has told me that this is apparently a bug that you can revive someone while a Medic is on-duty. Not sure why that would be a feature, implement the XP and Money feature for all Medics on duty when someone gets revived, there are always situations where Medics just can't respond fast enough to emergencies.

So I'll just close it. You don't actually pay money for reviving people as government employee. I just forgot to edit the message that tells you to pay
