Why do you want your item(s) refunded: Basically, me and my friends were raiding slums 1, I killed the first guy, went in and the other guy was head glitching (@Daragh I think). So I died, and made a report then @Imperial Watch came and dealt with the defence.

Apologies for that defense, it was total and utter aids. It was dealt with by Imperial and he told me if you can see someone whilst crouching it's a head glitch, didn't realise at the time, sorry rofl. +Support.
