Reason for Request: The RC was clearly new and was causing problems. He hit my car but it was minor damage so i didn't think much of it. Not even a few minutes later he went full speed through a red light and heading towards another red light at intersection, he didn't even bother slowing down resulting in my car being sandwiched in between another him and another rc and in the process tiering my car. The RC had no reason to be running these red lights and even though he saw me, didn't bother slowing down. Also after seeing what he had done to my car he immediately fled the scene with no intention of noticing the mistake he had made.
