I see a mismatch somewhere in this. Granted the medic was driving like a lunatic, I have a feeling if you were obeying traffic laws, you could have braked in time. That said, I will let Bolli or Swiper be the judge on this.

DENIED - Even though the paramedic was on the wrong side of the road, I feel it was due to your negligence you crashed into his vehicle since the speed you were going at, if you were going the speed that is enforced you might of possibly been able to bring yourself to a halt.
