Main Idea: Add some sort of railing next to the fire escape stairs

Full description of the idea: literally just add a railing/low wall to limit visibility and to prevent head glitching into the apartment from the stairs

Why should it be added?: prevents head glitching, bit of a needed regals buff

Pros: ^^

Cons: I can't really see any other than maybe restricting player movement?

this would solve a problem but create another one, first of all people would laugh at the regals balcony for looking like a penis fence and i feel like walking around there with a lot of people would be very aids but maybe itll fit 2 people, im not sure. imo it is a pretty obvious headglitch so anyone doing it is in the wrong
