Topic: A number plate for personal motor vehicles.
Short Explanation: A number plate can be used to easily track or identify vehicles.
Detailed Explanation: With the use of number plates, law enforcement officers or civilians can easily identify someones' four wheeled motor vehicle. This will make it easier especially for police or government because they do not need to go through the struggle of finding the exact model/make/colour of the vehicle and can read out the number plate to other members of the government. Civilians can also identify a friend (or enemy) from afar by reading their plates. It's also a nice little feature for those who want to make custom plates to show how unfairly rich they are.
Additional Options:
-When a vehicle is ticketed, the plate may turn a specific colour or be marked with a small symbol.
-Custom plates could be high in price; around the $100-200k mark.
-The characters on number plates can be laid out as 000-AAA as most American automobiles are 6 chars long.

-Most ‘Murican vanity plates have small text at the top saying the state that the car is from. Why not do it in Paralake?
