Description of the idea: adds a option when installing a boot to ''add auto removal fee''
that you can set a small fee up to $1000 to have the boot removed without the need for a police officer
you receive a text saying '' your [car model] [plate] has been booted by [officer name] [badge] for [reason] pay [fine ammount] to and then it has a bank number like the drug dealer does for bank robberys
once the payment is made the boot is removed
Why should this be added? (pros): you can boot a car and allow the owners to pay the fee to move away
makes it more realistic as cars would be booted for a bit instead of instantly towed
What negatives could this have? (cons); a bit unrealistic you could say but i reckon this should be fine

your [dodge challenger 2015] [2XYZBA] has been booted by [mohammed abu] [3454] for [12.4 parking] pay [$500] to [rc's bank acc] [this bank acc would go to the rc station and wouldnt be acessable by anyone]
