Suggestion Title: Remove broken radio stations.
Suggestion Description: Remove radio stations that aren't working from the radio wheel.

Why should this be added?:
- Easier for new players to use the radio
- Quality of Life

What negatives could this have?:
- I don't really know

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - Having to remember which radio stations are working and which are not

Personally I've never got the 90's station to play, and more recently The Ranch isn't playing anything either.

After some brief testing, these are the stations that seem to no longer connect:

104.5 - The Ranch
95.9 - Venice Classical Radio
90.1 - 90s Hits
89.3 - Hip Hop

The radio stations are real stations and “fixing“ them would simply Be replacing them with other stations.

I have been experiencing a bug for the past couple days where the 80's station plays the end of the same song then plays the beginning of a different one for about 5 or so seconds then stops entirely. Nothing seems to fix it.
