Suggestion Title: Remove Incendinary Weapons
Suggestion Description: Remove Molotov Cocktails and remove the ability to damage/ignite Gas Cans and Propane Tanks.

Thanks in part to the following rules - 2.5, 3.15, 3.3, 3.4, 3.6, and 5.3; the use of incendiaries weapons is limited to the point where you rarely, if at all, see them in practical, non-mingey use. Molotovs which would have practical uses, for example in raiding, are generally frowned upon or outright forbidden because they damage the props of the defender or could spread to other properties when used in multistory buildings like Slums, Projex, or Reagals. Which also happen to be the most used buildings for base building. In other words, their use is forbidden by rule 2.5.

The same logic also applies for Gas Cans and Propane Tanks, which both have explosive properties that can be initiated by the use of melee weapons. Both have practical uses with the Gas Can for car refuel, and Propane Tanks having use with drug manufacture, but for some reason, they still have explosive properties which once again... Would be useful for raiding or area denial during raids, but because of the rules, they cannot be used for such things in the most highly trafficked areas of the map.

It should also be worth noting with Propane Tanks, that people will "turn them high" on drug manufacturing tables in order to initiate an explosion, as the fire tends to spread and destroy props in bases. This is of course a violation of 2.5, and if it's done by the defender it'd be a violation of 3.4 and 3.6.

What I'm suggesting can already be TL;DR'ed from the first line. Remove the Molotov Cocktail because the rules have outpaced it's use, and remove the ability to ignite and cause explosions(and fire) with the Gas Cans and Propane Tanks.

Why should this be added?:
- The rules have become so restrictive regarding the use of these things that phasing them out makes practical sense.

- Developers/Senior Staff are able to spawn fires and explosions for events that they are hosting.

- Prevents mingebags from bombing places like Bazaar and causing catastrophic amounts of damage.

What negatives could this have?:
- what negatives? the rules pretty much make using these things for anything kinda moot

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Removes a useless weapon with no practical use, and prevents the use of gas cans and propane tanks being used for anything but their currently accepted gameplay function which is fueling cars and heating drug tables.

This seems more based around user error more than anything, just know when to use them and how to and you wont have an issue.

You have to realize that it's a pretty dumb idea to molotov a base you're raiding in the first place. The whole point is you want to get out with loot.

Honestly, they work fine. I use them when I'm actually fighting out in the open, it can force cops out from cover and since fire doesn't really spread on asphalt you're free to use them pretty creatively where you could even block sight or a passage. Also really good for getting rid of DNA and other evidence.

Seems more of a you problem if you can't use them right. Generally if someone impacted you in a negative way that really warrants you to burn down their stuff without collateral damage to other players then sure, go for it. If not then stick to other methods, molotovs aren't the only solution.

Maybe burning props should be returned to storage instead of deleted forever.

Could be a practical way of going about it. Would also make molotovs useful for dealing with props during raids on more open buildings like Moron Shipping or Glass.

Perhaps with the molotov, but the gas cans and propane tanks still should be looked at no?

Again referring to my point and everyone else's, if you use their explosive functions in a sensible manner you typically don't break the rules

I'm not even talking about "sensible manner" but talking about how both the Gas Can and Propane Tank can be used with a baseball bat($1500 ~ $2500) and effectively do the same damage of a remote control explosive and molotov cocktail combined.

Guys we shouldn’t be banning people for Mass RDM and instead need to focus on why anyone can just get a gun and kill people to begin with…
